State-of-the-Art DVD/CD-ROM Manufacturing

We provide complete optical media replication and duplication services, as well as printing, packaging and distribution for content producers and software developers. Our DVD/CD-ROM manufacturing plant has been in operation since 1995, employs over 150 full-time workers and runs 24/7/365. Turnaround time is among the best in the industry. We are never late and are frequently early. We accept Rush orders for an additional fee and can produce your CD/DVD project as quickly as one day when necessary. Our plant is Philips licensed and IRMA compliant. We are a non-piracy shop.

Duplication

We duplicate CD-R and single layer DVD-R discs at quantities from 25 to 499 discs. We use high quality Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim media. Our state of the art duplication facility uses:

  • Professional grade Media Technics automated duplicators
  • Everest 4-color process direct-to-disc printers.
  • Indigo, Xerox and Heidelberg presses for jewel case and DVD case inserts.

Replication

We replicate CD and single layer and dual layer DVD discs at quantities from 500 to 1 million discs. All glass mastering, molding and disc printing is conducted under one roof. Our state of the art replication facility uses:

  • Singulus mastering and molding machines
  • 6-color disc screen presses and offset presses
  • Indigo or Heidelberg litho presses for jewel case and DVD case inserts

Custom Disc Packing

Custom die-cut disc packaging is one of our specialties. We can produce custom jackets, sleeves, wallets and Digipaks in as little as five business days at quantities as low as 500 pieces. We have over 3,500 unique designs to choose from.
